Susanne combines her entrepreneurial and corporate background in the area of leadership/organizational development, executive assessments and coaching.

She successfully delivers projects for corporations, both Multinationals and SME’s, across diverse industries, Universities and Government bodies in Asia and Europe. Furthermore, she supports the EMBA courses at Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH as an Expert and is a Guest Lecturer at University of Applied Sciences and Art Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

Before establishing her own firm, she worked for one of Europe’s leading travel corporations. Her 20+ years of corporate experience covered managerial positions in Sales, Operations and HR.

Susanne served as a Member of the Board of Directors (President 2011-2014) of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for 10 years and she is the President of the “Start-up Center” of Solothurn, her home Canton in Switzerland.
